I just got a call from the owner, he wanted to do our alternator for free because we had been, in his eyes, inconvenienced by events beyond their control. This is what it is like to deal with a small town privately owned, business. I can not sing the praises of Fastguys more. I told him no way in hell was he doing our repair for free because he has to pay his employees, but told him I would take a discount. They are amazing and honest. The cheapest place to get brakes done in the county (and I’m guessing surrounding counties.) brakes hardware and making my calipers look like new- all for $350 and I had a coupon for $150 off of that! They made my week with that price, thank you guys!
Today the owner come out to my house due to not being able to get me into the shop sooner, I was having some car issues. Chris hooked up the scanner and was able to tell me what was wrong in minutes! I would recommend fast guys to anyone in need!!
