RecommendedThe staff is friendly. One thing that bothers me is they said it was for Pro members half the people weren’t but held up the line getting it just to get the PlayStation 5. I don’t think it’s fair because that means we wait longer in line waiting for those people
Normally I would recommend game stop but the experience my fiancé had today is ridiculous. I understand taking precautions due to corona virus but not accepting cash is ridiculous. Yes it can be on money but do you know how nasty money is it don’t matter if corona is on it or not there’s probably worse things on that money than covid. When it came in, the PS4 was a refurbished console (which was not stated online before I ordered it), and it was not working. I took it to this store and was assisted by Joey. They had no other basic PS4 consoles in stock so I was offered a refurbished PS4 slim in exchange (I payed the cost difference).
