Fred got right back to me and we made an appointmentn for a day later. He was on time and very courteous. He took the time to explain everything to me and even though my problem decided not to show up that day he made arrangements for me to contact him ANYTIME it occurs again. I would not hesitate to use his services again. I gave him a four star for this even though no real service was performed or I would have given him a five star rating.
Fast, knowledgeable, reliable, everything you would want from a service company and more. I will continue to allow them into and to work on my home in the future! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I called Freddy twice over the past couple months. Once for a furnace issue and once for plumbing. Both times then service/experience was amazing! For the furnace issue I called three or four places that morning trying to find someone to come to the house. Freddy called me back, came out and fixed the issue for a VERY reasonable price - all this was done before any of the other places even called me back!
