I made an appointment a few weeks ago for tuesday at 1pm, I went there and there was nobody there, I knocked on the door and waited a good 10 minutes before i left, called a few times and just got the machine. I understand when I made my appointment the person I spoke with said most the staff was away but there would be a technician there to help me, there was not. I have purchased several speakers for my boat setup from Fast Forward. I purchased Hertz speakers which have sounded fantastic. I recently had an issue where one of the speakers failed and Jeff handled it with care and respect. I received a replacement speaker within a couple weeks. Customer service was great and I will be buying from them again. See you guys at the boat show in January!
Jeff and the guys are great to deal with. Have purchased a tv, home automation system and some car audio over the years from them and they have always been great to work with. Will definitely return for future purchases.
After market carplay installed. Backup camera was not connected, after driving home, no radio reception only one channel. When I took it back they wanted to charge me to look at it again. Terrible customer service charged more than quoted for hourly rate would not recommend.
Watched their delivery driver almost kill someone over impatience.. would never give them my business
