If I could give 0 stars I would. We haves used this mechanic for years with out issues spent 1000’s$ over the years. Unfortunately the last time we had take our vehicle in it was a big issue. They made repairs for a separate issue, and didn’t give me a quote for the repair and charged my card (got the number from a previous bill) with out my authorization. The repair was for damage the car endured during a storm while parked at their lot.
