DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS HERE. I should have read the reviews earlier. The flowers were meant for our anniversary and they arrived one day too late, when it was pointless. Of course I complained and requested a full refund but there's no response to my messages and they don't pick up the phone. Even though I asked the messenger to return the bouquet because it was just way too late and requested him a refund too, they still haven't got in touch with me apologizing. I ordered a bouquet of flowers 37 days ago for valentines day. Until now I have neither received the flowers nor my money back. Avoid at all cost. I wish I read these reviews before ordering.

I haven't received my bouquet after being promised numerous occasion it's coming today to then be told its left the studio and with courier and because of traffic there's a delay it will be here by 7pm its now 10.11pm and I haven't received it on my anniversary to make worse I give every 1 chance but stay clear first thing in the morning I'm requesting a refund poor customer service in all honesty
