This is now my third review that I am leaving due to it being the only way I can get Fast Flow to respond. I find it obscene and insulting that Fast Flow’s last reply insinuated they were not responsible for the damage done to my property and overcharging. As you can see in the screenshots I have provided, another plumber diagnosed the issue being caused by Fast Flow. John Rose of Fast Flow Plumbing is, hands down, one of the most conscientious and dedicated water heater installers I’ve ever encountered. He came out on July 3rd to install a new water heater, and while the installation went smoothly, several hours later there was still no hot water. Instead of brushing it off, John arranged to come back the very next day—on the 4th of July, sacrificing his own plans to swap out the unit with a brand new one. UPDATE: TJ called to follow up with us same day on the quality of the clean up and concerns we had. We appreciate the customer service and effort put forth to ensure we were satisfied with the job. We really appreciate how quickly we were scheduled and the job was started. We had to have a liner put in our main sewage line, the process was explained thoroughly and everyone was very polite.
