Would not recommend this company, unless youre interested in paying high costs for pipes that are so poorly put together and installed they bust apart and leak water almost instantly.

No communication whatsoever, they rescheduled my monday appointment without contacting me to let me know causing me to loose almost a full day of work. Today they called to say they where on the way and would be here in 30. Two hours later I had to call for an update. But not the office because apparently you cant get ahold of anyone through the main phone number. So I contact the number that called to say they where on the way. The rating is not for the service itself — the repair was completed in a timely manner. We actually came back to Fast Flow Plumbing because our first experience with the company was excellent. They responded quickly, and the technicians were extremely professional and did quality work. That made this situation all the more disappointing. We were originally quoted $379.62.
