They replaced a water heater for us and almost turned into a nightmare. That night we still didn't have hot water so I opened the access panel to see if it needed to be reset and check the temperature setting. No, luck so we called him back out. Obviously he didn't do a very good job investing what the problem was. He did say he could tell that I opened the Access panel and that voided the warranty so he wanted another $600 because he said AO Smith technical support would not honor the warranty. 2500.00 WOW!! Fast Flow replaced 2 shower fixtures. Had to cut a hole in the wall. Old shower. Also replaced 2 outside water spickets. They worked about 6or 7 hours. Almost 2500.00. Seems kinda high. 1 Plumber was a trainee. Don't think I'll use this company again. It's been a month now. No reaction from Fast Flo. These reviews seem fabricated by friends or family. Usually you get a legitimate response.
