This was the 2nd time we took an iPhone here for a cracked screen. The first time, about 3 years ago was perfect. My wife cracked her screen the other day and I immediately thought of going back here because I was so happy the first time. We took it there on a Thursday. The phone was originally fixed with no problem. Less that 24 hours later, sploches appeared on the screen. I waited until Monday morning to contact them. I had a really good experience with the owner. My phone’s back glass got broke and i needed it back in same hour. He did it for us very quickly for a very good rate even though it was his closing time.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. When I first called in to ask about service, the representative I spoke with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made me feel like a valued customer right away. I brought in my work phone (Iphone 14 Pro) to have the back glass replaced, and he not only fixed it perfectly, but also rushed the job knowing how important the phone was for my job.
