This place is great! Customer service was awesome. And the speed was great! I had a box chain necklace that holds my cross I’ve had since I was a kid that broke in the middle of the chain and was worried no one could or would fix it. That was no problem for them, they cleaned it, and they welded another spot near the clasp that had been giving me problems for years. Bought my first watch here, citizen, perfect condition, really good price and amazing customer service. 3 years later I come back to resize it and still the same amazing customer service. I will be going soon to get another watch.

I randomly walked into the store to see if they could replace 2 of my diamonds that had fallen out of my ring. This was the 2nd time my prongs were broken and diamonds fell out. They told me that this was happening because my prongs were too small and they suggested that I replace them. I am very discerning and I knew I could trust them. If you’re looking for an honest and professional watch repair shop, look no further! We purchased a pre-owned Rolex elsewhere & took it to them to size down the wrist band, adjust the time and date & they advised us that the watch was going to need major maintenance to get it to run properly & it would be quite expensive as well.
