God Bless to all that read this review 🥰. I purchased a new watch and did not want to wait for sizing. I looked up 'watch repairs' and Fast-Fix came up on Google search. I drove from my son's house and was greeted by a lovely lady. She reviewed my watches and gave me a quote that I will hold onto. My new watch was sized in 30 minutes. This place is great! Customer service was awesome. And the speed was great! I had a box chain necklace that holds my cross I’ve had since I was a kid that broke in the middle of the chain and was worried no one could or would fix it. That was no problem for them, they cleaned it, and they welded another spot near the clasp that had been giving me problems for years. I randomly walked into the store to see if they could replace 2 of my diamonds that had fallen out of my ring. This was the 2nd time my prongs were broken and diamonds fell out. They told me that this was happening because my prongs were too small and they suggested that I replace them. I am very discerning and I knew I could trust them. If you’re looking for an honest and professional watch repair shop, look no further! We purchased a pre-owned Rolex elsewhere & took it to them to size down the wrist band, adjust the time and date & they advised us that the watch was going to need major maintenance to get it to run properly & it would be quite expensive as well. They advised us it would be best to return the watch & get our money back, which we did & got another watch instead which we then took to them to size down the wrist band.
