Purchased "5 Year Battery Service" for my watch a year ago from the location in Topanga canyon mall. That store is temporarily closed, so I took it to the one in Northridge mall. They didn't honor the plan, saying that they could not believe it is the same watch, and we should go back to the location we bought the plan. They sold us with a promise that any other location would honor it, but they lied. I warn any future customers to reconsider to buy any of their service plans.

was going there to replace batteries for my watches for years but batteries won't last a year. They have a low price because clearly it is a low-quality battery, that's why they offer that extended coverage of replacing the battery for an even cheaper price. They're likely getting their batteries from China or some other mass producer for pennies. Found another place where charge is double than this place but they offer a 2-3yr coverage, much better than having to go to this place every year.

I've used this business on many occasions over the last few years. Recently, i stopped by to repair a link on a chain of mine. It was fixed perfectly. Also, i had a pair of earrings that needed to reattach a hook to clasp the earring. This store can perform anything from jewelry and watch repairs, replace batteries, and purchasing new jewelry. The owners are excellent at fixing any number of things. Fast Fix is located at Westfied Topanga Mall in Canoga Park.
