Excellent group and fantastic atmosphere and even better attitude among the group
I’ve been going to Fast Fitness for a couple years now. It’s great. Good culture and fun. The coaches are all very good and so is the music. Working out in a group setting beats the hell out of working out alone... helps to keep you consistent when life is making you struggle. Here all you need to do is show up consistently. You don’t need to worry about planning anything out… the coach will demonstrate how to do each work out at the beginning, while you are warming up, and then give personal tips/corrections as you go along... read more
