I've had an excellent experience at Fast & Fit Physical Therapy. The environment is very welcoming and clean. Joseph is really communicative and attentive, and working with him has made such a difference . My body is feeling a lot less tight than it has and the tension after a recent injury has gotten a lot better. I also appreciate how responsive she is to tailoring his approach to my needs and schedule. Highly recommend !!
I walked in not knowing what to expect because I had been limping for months and developed poor posture that became my norm. Therapist Joseph was great. He observed my mobility and provided weekly therapy sessions and exercises that helped me with my legs and knees. He took his time and was very helpful, supportive and patient. Joseph is absolutely wonderful. Very thorough with his assessment. He’s honest, will explain to you what’s causing your pain, and ways to help if eliminate the pain. Majority of my visits it’s been 1 on 1. On rare occasions, he’s had me and another patient at the same time, and he’ll rotate between both rooms , unless we’re in the weight room.
