I've had an excellent experience at Fast & Fit Physical Therapy. The environment is very welcoming and clean. Joseph is really communicative and attentive, and working with him has made such a difference . My body is feeling a lot less tight than it has and the tension after a recent injury has gotten a lot better. I also appreciate how responsive she is to tailoring his approach to my needs and schedule. Highly recommend !!
I can say without hesitation that Fast & Fit Physical Therapy is the best I’ve ever encountered. Back in February I slipped on the steps and jarred my lower back. I was in a lot of pain and portions of my leg were numb. I could barely walk and I was scared that this would be a new limitation to adapt to in life. At Fast & Fit Therapy, with Joseph Mathew as my Physical Therapist, was Absolutely Top Notch, and Exceptional. I got more what I Expected and Needed. The Areas Of Specialty offered to me was Exceptional Physical Therapy. I came there for Heart Strengthening therapy and got even more.
