Damn near impossible to get out of the club once you join. We moved to another state and ended up paying 2 extra months after moving that they would not return. Stopped in on your way through town recently and while waiting for my car, purchased a couple greeting cards. First, the young girl over charged me and then couldn't figure out the math to return the overcharge. I belong to the wash club with both my cars and have for some time this place scratches cars and trucks quite often they have scratched my cars on a few occasions and then buffed the scratches out but it has happened again and this time they couldn't get it out.these are not small either this last one is a 2 line scratch 24 inches long on driver side of bed.
A huge thank you!!! My car hadn't been cleaned for ages and looked like a bomb had gone off. They not only detailed it for me but they also did put 5 people on the job to finish it in an hour and a half. It looks brand new! I am going to be a regular costumer from now on (and I promise to not let my car get that messy ever again). Thanks again to everyone who worked on it!
Paid 26.95, then the dry down techs said I had to pay them to wipe down the door jams and dashboard. I told then that was included and they said no it wasn't! Truck is still dirty, completely aggravated, this was the last time I will ever go, I paid for the Ultimate and they tried to rip me off! -1 star if possible
These guys are the best detailers in the area love how they made my Pontiac look
I was there today and thy did every thing on my truck a 2012 F150 4x4 and it was done better there then where I got the truck at. And I payed the 25.00 plus 10.00 from me to the one that cleaned the truck !!! I would have gave more but did not cash on me. And in 48 hrs from now I get to go back and get it for free the next time !!! So go there you will be very happy you did !!! Thanks for reading did not want to keep go on and on but could !!!
I got their most expensive package. I own a 2009 black ford mustang gt. They did everything inside and out but did it with minimal effort. They polished up the car but left it with more swirls than what it started out with. Interior still had debris between the seats and the back window was untouched from the inside. Also, everything was left extremely greasy inside. The owner said that it's how it's supposed to be, to look good. I felt like it was unsafe though as my steering wheel was really slippery.
