We were in need of an oil change and a transmission flush. Stopped in got it all done at one time and it was done the right way. Very impressed with the service and the Tech's professionalism. Highly recommend this location for prompt, courteous professional service at a very reasonable cost.
My go to to make sure my truck stays running like a top. Thanks to Jason and the crew for always doing a thorough job.
This is a very good car wash
I just wanted an oil change so I asked for the 24.95 service. they gouged me with a 5.00 "shop fee" If they had just been honest, they would have had a customer for life. I wont go back.
Always random up charging, insanely rude and they can't even get the job done properly. Just an awful business
AGREE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Go anywhere but here. I went thru the car wash and it took off my third brake light in the back. I had to be the one to bring it to there attention. I then was told a manager would get back with me 48 hours later and they did not. I had to call them then I was told sorry but if I would like I could have 2 free car wash visits. Seriously??? Not even a refund of my oil change or anything.

My elderly Mother went to Fast Eddies Petoskey on Nov. 21st. 2013. She paid to have a premium coolant flush with antifreeze that will protect her motor up to -37 degees. Upon testing her coolant when she arrived at our home in Kansas City, MO over Christmas vacation, the coolant was weak and only read -0 degrees. This place is a joke. I have my husband change my oil for a reason, but sense it's so cold outside I thought I would swing in and get a quick oil change. While there, a fast eddies employee , was showing me all my filters (like usual) when I only said I wanted OIL and FILTER change only. Not my air filter, not my air conditioning filter and every other filter that comes along with the car.
