Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, and the very first thing the person said to me was that I was 'killing him.' When I asked about the price for an oil change, he looked at my car and told me it would be $119 because I didn't have their sticker. I mentioned that the dealership was cheaper, and instead of trying to earn my business or explain his pricing, he practically pushed me away so he wouldn’t have to work on my car before closing.
