Great car wash
Did not fully secure the shield back on after changing the oil, so it fell off while I was driving

Staff were too worried about getting everyone through fast they didn’t load my car correctly. I then stopped on the track, got rear ended, pushed off the track and down the side of the sprinkler. I was ignored by staff for a good 5 minutes before anyone would talk to me. The manager I did speak with told me “they probably won’t do anything about it.” Was then told another manager would call within 48 hours, never received a call and have been unable to get ahold of anyone.
