WORST EVER!! PLEASE DO NOT USE I canât remember the last time I wrote a review because of such poor service. I have had to revise this review because it was too lengthy. To start off, we purchased a groupon for 2 hrs of labor with two guys for $99. After scheduling, we were charged $85 for âtransportation feeâ. Well inside the area. The guys showed up 2 hours late, moved EXTREMELY slow, and we saw them several times going from between the apartment and truck with nothing in their hands. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! DO NOT BOOK THEM TO MOVE ANYTHING FOR YOU! I booked them to move a few pieces of furniture from my town house and they proved to be incapable. I probably would have been better off tossing the furniture down the stairs my self. They left 2 inch deep holes in the wall and chipped and scraped my antique furniture. They have made me jump over hoops to get into contact with them and the superior refuses to contact me or refund me. DO NOT BOOK THEM! I REPEAT DO NOT USE FAST AND EASY MOVES.
Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. After not showing up at noon for my move (which was scheduled and paid for at weeks in advance and confirmed by their office 3 times), I had to track down an old friend that used to work there to get in contact with them because they didn't answer the 5 phone calls I made to them. Finally received a call from one of the employees saying that they were on another job and would be a few HOURS late. I'm thinking cool, as long as you all are finished with my move by 7. Fast & Easy Moves did a great job, were very professional and extremely courteous. I would definitely use their services again in the future.
