I highly recommend the guys at the Pikeville KY location. They are courtesy, polite, friendly and they felt like a loving family member I was entrusting my vehicle to. I will allow them to continue to service my 2021 Honda Pilot

I had an oil change on 9/10/25 and the experience was good, but my car was smoking the two days after, I returned on 9/14/25, they checked and said everything looked good, on 9/23/25 the oil filter came off my car and leaked all the oil out of my car, had to have my car hauled to a garage and another oil change done, had to rent a car for a couple days as this is my only transportation. I contacted them and they said when I returned on 9/14/25 they checked and made sure the filter and plug were tightened, said they watched t... read more
