Great service and communication. Rashid picked us up at our home at 2:30am to go to JFK and then a week later at JFK. The communication throughout was great. Nice large vehicle and Rashid was great. Steve the owner is super attentive and always made himself available. Will be using them for all future trips and recommending them to all.
If I could give Steve 10 stars, I would! He was prompt, courteous, and truly amazing. When my return flight was delayed for hours and I found myself without a car seat, Steve stepped in without hesitation and provided one—at no extra charge—just so I could get home safely.
