After trying to deal with many bigger, well known companies who were quite frankly rude and slow to respond, these guys were amazing to deal with after some idiot decided to crush and cave in my windscreen. Great customer service, super quick service from the technicians, and virtually every single piece of broken glass vacuumed up and away from the inside of my car - and deals with the insurance company themself. Cannot thank you enough!
Second time dealing with this company and we are stoked! We sent an email enquiry for a cracked windscreen in one of our vehicles, They came back to us within the hour and said that if the glass was available, Could repair the next day. We organised the repair straight away, Hassle free and saved us a lot of downtime! In a service business whenever you are a vehicle down it has a big impact, So to get this dealt with so promptly was awesome. Friendly, Prompt and good communication! Would recommend.
