I called to ask if they could replace an oven door glass that was broken. They would not let me purchase the correct glass from the manufacturer (I understand) but they WOULD not get one from them either. They said it would be smoky gray and not black like it was, but left out the part about it being completely transparent. I have used Fast Auto Glass 3 times and everytime have been completly satisfied with their customer service and work. Their windshields look as if the car came straight off the factory floor when finished. I should say that the price was great too!!! Thanks for the great service!
