If you’re serious about hockey development in the Minnetonka area, this is a great program. Our daughter has become noticeably quicker, more explosive, and more confident on the ice. The focus on performance and mechanics really stands out.
Best gym in mn by far
Our son has been doing the middle school program at FAST for 4 months now, at his own request. It's great to see his confidence in what he can do as well as his appreciation for the habit of going to the gym and taking care of himself. He has noticed changes with his performance at soccer as well. We would highly recommend this program!
