“Drew Kalal” where do I get started. He is the best trainer in the world has prepared me for anything and helped with recovery. Sent many athletes d1 and pro and is gonna be running his own gym one day. Book with him while you can.
After just 2 months of training with the FAST Team, our 8th grade daughter showed significant improvement in speed and strength on the soccer field. Her burst ability was noticeable after just a handful of sessions and after a full summer of training, it was honestly pretty astounding how much further she was kicking corner kicks, how much more effectively she was absorbing contact from bigger opponents, and how frequently she was getting to balls that would have previously crossed the sideline boundary.
