Final Update: They contacted me and apologized for not reaching out to let me know it would be more expensive. He acknowledged he should make that a practice. And offered to make this "right" - I very much appreciated that. To me that warrants an improved rating! the job they did cleaning it was very impressive. Out of fairness, I will update that they reached out to me. Yes the verhicle was dirty, but not enough to justify twice the charge. Live and learn I guess. Fast and Flawless did an amazing job on my Honda Pilot. I am getting ready for a new baby, and nesting , so I gave them a call. They cleaned my vehicle up like brand new. They even got all the stickers off my back windows from crazy kiddos and their sticker obsession. I will definitely be using them again!
