Final Update: They contacted me and apologized for not reaching out to let me know it would be more expensive. He acknowledged he should make that a practice. And offered to make this "right" - I very much appreciated that. To me that warrants an improved rating! the job they did cleaning it was very impressive. Out of fairness, I will update that they reached out to me. Yes the verhicle was dirty, but not enough to justify twice the charge. Live and learn I guess.
