Fast and Fit opened is a privately owned women's gym and personal training studio. We provide 1/1 trainings, 24 classes/week (no extra charge) and keyless entry for members to enter during un-staffed hours. We have PACE resistance circuit, elliptical machines, NuStep recumbent cross trainers, bikes, free weights, bands, stability balls, relaxing balls, foam rollers and lots more. FREE week available for local residents.

If you're looking for a gym with a comfortable atmosphere, this is definitely the place. The Trainers are friendly and helpful, and the ladies that go there are so supportive and friendly. Plus there are so many classes on offer! It is definitely worth joining this vibrant group of women!
A great place to work out. They are friendly and knowledgeable, but let you do your own routine with no pressure. A hidden gem.
Joining Fast and Fit is the best thing I have done for myself in a very long time. I've only been a member for about a month and a half and I already notice more strength and muscle tone. I'm a breast cancer survivor and have had RA for many years - replaced shoulder, hip and knee. I never thought I could handle a gym. But the kindness and nurturing of Judy and her staff, have made me realize I can. Fast and Fit is changing my life!
There is always joy, enthusiasm, and just plain fun when you walk through the door at Fast and Fit. Constant encouragement, gentle challenges, and a variety of classes and equipment are great motivators. Whether I choose a personal or group workout, I never leave disappointed. I'm convinced joining Fast and Fit was a great decision!
