A friend of mine had used Fast Aid for urgent care needs and mentioned how amazing it was. When I woke up with an urgent medical need, it was the first place I thought of to look up. Electronically I selected a time to get onto the virtual wait list and registered, It was super easy to do! From arrival to out the door roughly 20 minutes, with a script called into my pharmacy of choice. Joshua Keller, FNP-C was so kind and knowledgeable regarding my clinical care and treatment. Overall, such a wonderful experience.
I’ve been here a few times and service is always good. Great providers and staff . Facility is always clean , minimal wait time ( with appts ) , knowledgeable providers and great customer service . Easy to book online and get taken care of .
My wife needed to use them while we were in town and everyone there was so polite and very professional. We live 45 miles away. Days later, I was in need of the same services and could've went to many other locations, yet I chose to drive 45 miles back into town to use this location for myself. Once again, Although a different group & shift, another great experience. We definitely will use this location when needed.
