Hands down five stars. We are visiting from New Mexico when I started having signs of a UTI went to Fast Aid urgent care and from the front desk to the medical assistant an great experience. The NP was wonderful and very caring and professional did a urine test called me in some antibiotics and I was on my way. Anybody reading this and needing to go to urgent care this place is hands down 5 stars if Icould give more stars I certainly would do it. Thank you to all the staff for your professionalism and great care I received.
Unfortunately we’ve had to visit three times in one week thanks to strep taking over our house, and each time has been amazing. I saw two different doctors between visits, both A+. Very good with my 7 and 9 year old. And their name Fast Aid is accurate. In and out all three times. Will always recommend Fast Aid of Belle Chasse!
10/10 recommend this place for a quick and efficient visit. The doctors and nurses are kind and knowledgeable! Every time I have been, we have been in and out in less than 40 mins. It’s easy to get an appointment online and fill out the registration to make it quicker to check in.
I have taken both of my children here multiple times. To be able to get in and out of an urgent care in less than 30-45 mins is a miracle but we have never waited longer than this to be treated. The staff is incredible. I'm not sure if the lady we saw yesterday was an NP or a PA so I apologize (think her name was Sharon) is wonderful. She is ALWAYS very thorough.
