I gave place a try because my wife started being seen here and was very happy with Donna. I went in for a routine blood work up. I was told i had low vitamin D, so they put me on a high dose. I was suppose to get a a follow up apt to check my levels, that never happened. No one called to do so, I thought that's what they are suppose to do. They did the same thing to one of my children, no follow up blood work to check levels. They put on a caring face, but the actions of all the staff says otherwise. Well here is a UPDATED review, what seemed like a awesome place, has gone down hill now. Not sure if it's just for me but they have been lacking lately. No follow ups to check new blood work. I had a concerning symptom from a medicine I took, was told I would get a call back today and buisness is closed with no response all day. They don't know how to work well with the VA system either, or just regular insurance such as tricare. I highly recommend Donna Robinson, NP if you’re looking for a PCP. She’s compassionate, caring and has a heart for her patients. Gabi has a calling for the front desk and is always greeting patients with a smile.

So thankful for Donna and the Staff at Fast Access. They are always so kind and helpful each visit. Would highly recommend Fast Access. Thanks to Donna for helping me get things back on track.
