I’m really disappointed with my experience at this car wash. About two months ago, we got a membership that was supposed to allow us to wash our car up to four times a month. But without letting us know, they charged our credit card again for the second month automatically. Every time we went there, we had to stand in line for 10 minutes and they’d say our card wasn’t registered or ask whose name the car was under. Wish I could give 0 stars. Caucasian guy with a beard was very unprofessional. I had questions and he completely ignored me. Would recommend Quick Quack wash instead, take your money elsewhere.
