Good instructions from some great trainers. They keep the kids involved during their lessons and never allow short cuts. Good quality training.

There is simply no better place for sport specific training in Winchester. As a former athlete, I find their facilities and monthly membership perfect for my needs. As a father of a competitive middle schooler, their sport programs are great for him and his developing athletic needs. Thanks FASST!!
