Great workout environment. Owners are local and VERY supportive of the community. Everyone helps each other out in the gym. Best gym in town.

From Texas and came to visit family, this gym was the highlight of my day great machines, equipment, and staff were very helpful over the phone!:)
“ I periodically travel to McAlester and have frequented this gym for almost two decades, and like every business it’s been through its ups and downs. Lately it just down though, lack of maintenance on machine is the main complaint I have. Hardly any of the cables are worth a damn, and the machine pads look chewed up now. Really makes me sad to see the recent decline. A little tlc would totally change this place.”
