Disappointed. My husband and I had Faspa cater our wedding. Everything seemed to go so well with this business until the wedding day. The owner had great communication by email throughout the process and was very nice. But when it came to the food we were shocked. The portion sizes were extremely small and not what was expected. We had Faspa cater our daughter's wedding and, unfortunately, we were highly disappointed. The portion sizes were shockingly small, and some of our guests received undercooked meatballs. By the time many guests reached the buffet line, the food was already cold because there were no warming trays used to keep it hot.
