My mother and I bought gas fireplaces from Jack. He seemed great, trying not to put any pressure on us. I bought 2 fireplaces and had one installed for my mom, by them, and I had mine installed out of town. The fireplaces wernt blowing out heat, like they did in the showroom. I called and was told I had to purchase the blower unit separately. Wasn't told that at time of the purchase. Been on backorder for a year. Now 2 years later the remote won't work and because of this review I was hung up on.

Never returned phone calls or emails. Went with another company.

I got my fireplace from Fashionable Fireplaces 17 yrs ago and have not had one single issue with it since! John is so pleasant and knowledgeable and thorough that I would not go anywhere else.I have my fireplace cleaned and inspected every year and am totally pleased Thanks John!!

Very poor business practices. Charged $159 for 5 minutes to turn a switch. Employees are fowl mouthed. Would not let them in your house especially if are alone. I had to ask them to leave. Considered calling 911.

I chose Fashionable Fireplaces to replace my parents' wood-burning fireplace with a gas insert, and my experience was very positive. When I visited their showroom, and told Jack that I had only just started looking at options, he helped me narrow down what I needed, and showed me what he had on offer that fit. He was pleasant to deal with, and most importantly, did not try to sell me on something big and fancy after I told him that's not what I was looking for.
