NEW OWNER IS AWFUL! I had been going to the old owners for years, they were lovely and always very reasonable. I was surprised to hear that it had been sold to new owners but was already there and wanted to give them a shot. I had a simple cotton dress that needed to be taken in in a couple places, I figured it wouldn’t cost too much. As I was leaving, we agreed on a pick up date and I asked her to quote me a price. Great pricing and very flexible with turn around time. She is careful and does an excellent job! Cash only! I always go back to get anything altered from them!

She is awful. Terrible customer service. When she showed me what my jeans would look like, they looked good. When I picked them up, I can see 3 inches of my ankle, they went from slim tapered jeans to slim boot cut jeans. Do not go here. You will regret it.

Pricey, but you do not have to deal with headaches of non-quality or rework. Only take cash, by the way. I would recommend for certain. :) Also, would definitely trust with complex and detailed jobs, wedding dresses etc. I only go here now.
