Fitting girl employee was rude to me the buyer but highly conversational and giggly with my husband who wasn’t a customer.
Never in my life have I seen a store not give refunds even if you have a receipt. This policy is also not posted anywhere in the store. Save your money and go somewhere else
I was disappointed to learn that everything is final sale. It makes it really hard to shop here, especially for gifts, since there is no flexibility if the item does not fit or work out. As a plus size shopper, it is already difficult to find my size, which is frustrating for a store that is so large and has two levels.
