Never in my life have I seen a store not give refunds even if you have a receipt. This policy is also not posted anywhere in the store. Save your money and go somewhere else

I was disappointed to learn that everything is final sale. It makes it really hard to shop here, especially for gifts, since there is no flexibility if the item does not fit or work out. As a plus size shopper, it is already difficult to find my size, which is frustrating for a store that is so large and has two levels. When I do find something that might work, the final sale policy makes it feel even more risky to buy since there is no option to return or exchange. The store wouldn’t let me try on a pair of leggings and corset that were final sale AND no return/exchange. Cause i’d stretch them and no one would want to buy them after that. Rude. I would have bought them! But want to know that it’s going to fit me first, especially if I can’t get my money back if it doesn’t. What a strange policy, even second hand and undergarment shops let you try on before buying.
