I’ve been waiting for an egift card after my package was refused for what seems like a week now! I’m trying to reorder my clothes but I don’t have my credit and fashion nova isn’t good at customer support, there’s no one to speak to and only few answers to questions i have. Also haven’t received any emails about my order or when I should be receiving my credit. Never had these problems before so i’m highly upset, the clothes i have in my cart are going up in price while i wait for my store credit.
