I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with Fashion Nova. I placed an order, paid for shipping to make sure it arrived by a certain date, and never received it even though I have proof of purchase. I’ve tried multiple times to reach someone through email and phone, but it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone. The store associates can’t help with online orders, and the “Help Center” on their website is completely useless. Worst shopping experience ever. Ultimately regretting buying from there. Items vary in size and fitting and you end up buying a “surprise” item that will be a disaster to return. Also you will not see your money as they only offer store credit to spend on other items that may not fit you. The business is one sided and really unethical, no customer care, they only care until they have your money. So unless you want to play the roulette, don’t buy from there.

I have never been more inconvenienced by an online shopping experience. I have been waiting for your help center team to respond to me for 5 days now and I urgently need my order before the 23rd.
