If I could give fashion nova lower than one star, I would. I ordered larges and they sent me smalls labeled as larges and now I don’t have any swimsuits for my vacation. Them on
Their service is trash You can’t talk to a real person about your order because everything is automated. There’s no actual phone number or helpful email support. I waited 3 weeks for my order, asked for a refund, and now they want ME to pay to send something back that I never even received. That’s insane. Worst customer service experience ever. I will never order from this place again. Do better.
