They don't do regular returns. Store credit only. Crazy in 2025 and they definitely are losing customers with this as the word gets out
So I placed a order on 04/08/2025 with the promise of SAME DAY SHIPPING SAME DAY upon spending $100 as the ads I kept getting on my email and FASHION NOVA website .. Ive spent thousands of dollars over the years because I live the cute outfits, but hadnt ordered from Fashion Nova in years. Just ordered online and realize that, oh yeah, I only get returned credit, can't just exchange for the right size, so now I have to pay more for the same item. I live near a store but can't exchange in person either? Ugh.... I'm done!
