Just went to buy an outfit for my birthday and this girl with red hair seemed so annoyed to help me, she would roll her eyes and turn her head whenever I asked her something. Didn’t let my sister get in the fitting room to zip up the outfit that I was trying on. Then the fitting room door closed on me and I asked if she could reopened it to me and she didn’t reply back just did it with an attitude and left the fitting room breathing heavily.
I would highly recommend not supporting this online retailer their customer service is beyond subpar they produce low quality clothing and they don’t disclose their return policy would not recommend.
Fashion nova is a bad business. It asked what type of refund you want online and even though I asked to be refunded to my original payment they issued a gift card and said they do not issue refunds. Even after emailing them because there is no phone number for this business they will not budge and will not issue me a refund to my original payment. Horrible experience will never buy from them ever again.
Deceptive marketing of products which is why they had a Class Action lawsuit in January 2025 I recently learned of. I didn’t know that until I experienced FASHION NOVA $1000 scam to first 250 purchases, and they don’t refund purchases, credit only. They are ranked high only because they only allow good reviews go through when they ask for ratings in emails. Bad reviews not entered. FASHION NOVA is not for me and I don’t recommend them. I love Amazon, they are legitimate and professional!!
