I’ve shopped here a couple of times and had a great experience. I haven’t been here in a while and idk if they’re under new management, but i was harassed the entire time I was there. There was a lot of people in the store, but all of the employees followed me around as I shopped. They kept asking if i needed help every 5 seconds despite me saying no. I just wanted to shop. Do not shop at Fashion Nova Burbank location - don’t waste your time and shop online
Horrible customer service experience in my life ! I had a gift card and the lady rudely told me I couldn’t use it. Even though I told her in the policy it says I can use gift card online and in the store . She says “ I know they haven’t changed the policy “ . Do Not shop at Burbank Fashion Nova location - I just used my gift card only and they still have online sale going on with ease . Will never buy in store again !
The cheapest clothes you can waste your money on smh. Save your money.
