I purchased two BOGO items on 7/26/25. They arrived 8/2, INCORRECTLY. One was supposed to be a jumper and they sent me mens black sweatpants. For almost a week Ive been going back and forth over email with a bot and autogenerated messages. I am beyond disappointed. The quality of the items is extremely poor — cheap fabrics and nothing like the pictures. When I tried to return them, I found out they charge $4.99 PER ITEM for returns, which is absolutely ridiculous. On top of that, they didn’t even refund my money — they just kept it. This feels like straight-up fraud. I paid a lot of money and got nothing in return. I will NEVER order from Fashion Nova again in my life. Buyers, BEWARE.
