Disappointed × infinity. The tech didn’t know how to do long nails, so I kept it simple — yet she still couldn’t even manage a basic color change. My nails look lumpy and uneven. They brought in a second girl to redo just the one nail I came in for, and ironically that’s the only nail that looks good. Unfortunately, the shape is completely different from the others, so it doesn’t match. Victoria did a great job on my gel, French tip manicure and pedicure and it came out great. She took her time and patience and tried everything to get out the gel nail polish that I did myself, and I couldn’t take off myself and she did it so gentle and perfect without ruining my natural nails

If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. When i walked in nancy had told me she could not do my nails because she doesn’t do design. I was then sat with maia, she never said she was unable to do the design i requested therefore i was under the impression i was going to get what i asked for. i left the reference photo on the table for her to look at during the process. She first gave me cat eye nails, i did not ask for that nor was that what the picture had shown, it showed aura. I asked if she would change it and... read more
