When they removed the acrylic nails it hurt so bad and ruined my natural nails, just scraped them off without soaking them first

I love the way my nails turned out, but the process was extremely painful. The liquid monomer from the acrylic burned the cuts in my fingers cause from the drilling and filing. Wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want your fingers to be cut up and burned by liquid monomer.
Came in 2 weeks ago and got acrylics I was not 100% satisfied with, went in today and everyone working was so accomodating and helpful! Ended up with a set i loved
