Called this establishment at 5:40PM due to working late, inquiring about a soak off. The woman told me I could come if I arrived soon. I arrived at 5:53PM as I know they close at 7PM, but this soak off should only take about 30 minutes. A SOAK OFF ONLY (no manicure) The energy from the nail tech was very off putting. When another tech finished a different guests nails, the tech walked over to the polish station and began talking to the girl doing my soak off. The girl doing my nails responded with “no puedo….
