Terrible experience . Changing prices every time and when booking an appointment you still wait 20 minutes. The manicurist barely speak to you and the owners constant apologizing doesn’t help.
I had been coming to this salon for UV gel nails, but unfortunately I will not be returning. During my last few visits, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way Hanna handled my nails. She came across as very rude, often making faces and showing a negative attitude throughout the service. On top of that, the salon charges an extra $5 for almost everything — even something as simple as changing the nail shape, which feels unreasonable. Clean, not crowded. Staff is polite and service is quick but thorough. Prices are reasonable. Gels mani lasted longer than usual.
I just left Fashion Nail Spa feeling extremely upset and uncomfortable. Hannah did my full set of acrylics and not only was she not friendly at all and very rude she was not gentle with my nails. I showed her a picture of how I normally like my nails and she rolled her eyes. As if my nail choice was an inconvenience to her. It was only the shape.
