I've come to this location a few times getting my nails done is fine but when I get my toes done both times I've been there i caught athletes foot so I won't be back for a pedicure
Although not my normal place , I have used them on occasion for eyebrow waxing. Decided to get a quick mani for an event later that week at work. I should have walked out when the station I was sitting at was full of file dust. The girl took did the bare minimum as in barely filed nails and barely placed cuticle lotion on nails. Let's not even speak of the one or 2 nails that she used the cuticle cutter on. Bad customer service
Terrible experience . Changing prices every time and when booking an appointment you still wait 20 minutes. The manicurist barely speak to you and the owners constant apologizing doesn’t help.
I had been coming to this salon for UV gel nails, but unfortunately I will not be returning. During my last few visits, I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way Hanna handled my nails. She came across as very rude, often making faces and showing a negative attitude throughout the service. On top of that, the salon charges an extra $5 for almost everything — even something as simple as changing the nail shape, which feels unreasonable.
