Long story short, my healthy nails did not cure and the gel peeled within days of two different manicures and brands of gel. Many of my nails snagged then tore from poor filing / shaping. They charged me to fix. It's unfortunate.
I made an appointment on a Tuesday evening for 6:30 PM to have a manicure (sns powder gel) and a standard pedicure. I made it a point to schedule ahead, as I know this place can get busy and I wanted to secure myself a spot in their schedule to ensure I would be seen on time. I arrived at 6:25 to see every chair in the salon full, and no available techs. I was not spoken to or greeted until 6:30 when someone looked over and saw me standing there waiting. Good customer service, but actually quality of work is lacking.
Lola is the best!!!
The place is very spacious and clean and all the staff members are really welcoming and friendly, this is my first time going and i am truly impressed with the work my nail tech did. I would definitely be going back, its bit far from my house but it is definitely worth the travel.
