Definitely best salon in Hamden and New Haven. Phuc is excellent, especially with eyebrows, manis, and customer service overall.

Low prices, mixed results. Very cheap. The workers are very friendly and accomodating, and while the women do a pretty good job, the man working there does nothing with your cuticles and can't paint nails neatly. The place doesn't feel very clean. The pedicure massge chairs don't work, so they're not very comfortable; the massage bumps just protrude into your back.
