I wish I could give this review with "0 stars". I went to this salon on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 2:30 pm. I brought a photograph and said I wanted my hair like the photograph. I said I wanted all of my old hair color (brassy/dull) gone. I hadn't been to a salon in over a year and needed my hair to be done right because I have an upcoming author/reader event. Instead of doing what was necessary to achieve the "look" in the photograph, the "stylist" chose her own path. I'm left with my old hair color/roots and ridiculous streak... read more
