Never got my merchandise, said it was shipped, but never arrived.
This shipper passed my international delivery onto UPS, but NX Logistics allowed my package to be shipped without a clear address: it was missing a street and house number. How stupid is that? So the package went somewhere 6 miles from here to some house unknown to me--some person now has a $400 pair of shoes. How can a company- both NX and UPS be so so incompetent???
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I sent in a pair of Balenciaga sneakers for authentication and they returned the item due to “odor issues,” but someone on their team actually took a box knife to the bottom sole of my shoes before sending them back. That is intentional damage and there is no other explanation. It is shocking that a company trusted with high-value items would allow something like this to happen.
