A mall to feel rich! visiting the outdoor koi pond is a must! Make sure u watch where ur stepping, might fall in and join the fish! Best outdoor mall in the coast!

A beautiful and fun mall in the Orange County area! Also a great chance to tour around the beautiful city of Newport Beach when you go shopping here!
The dogs use the drinking fountains too!
If the Srgetstroms owned Fashion Island instead of the Irvine Company there would still be a really cool carousel here for parents to take thier kids to ride instead of more overpriced retail space!
Bring your dog. This is a dog-friendly mall. I have never seen so many dogs in a mall before.
