Completely unprofessional, of course putting in a new frame and glass is loud. After the techs left I looked everything over. They failed to mention the gouge in the floor or drywall. How hard is it to put down a moving blanket? Most importantly, just tell people when issues happen don’t hide it.
I wanted to post this because there are some AWESOME people who really came-through for me at Fashion Glass. I start by explaining that I have a new home in the ShadowGlenn community in Manor TX.- the Developer- Meritage Homes has been very difficult to work with ( they have no understanding of Customer service at all)- so here I am a year after moving in- and technically I am "past" my 1 year warranty for items associated with my home.
