Purchased a high end 3-piece couch for $7500 in October 20232. Delivered defective and was promised that repair will not happen until mid-February. 4 months after the fact!!! Very bad customer service! Stay away from this store. Even the battery pack worth $250 was defective - died after 3 charges and they wont deal with it. dont want to exchange or refund!!! Micheal Plowman was amazing! He listened to what we wanted and showed all the furniture that matched what we asked for. Patience with us and overall, just a great salesman. I would highly recommend him. Excited for our purchase to come in.
Roger was a wonderful help, he helped us decide, since my husband and I couldn’t quite agree on certain items. He was very patient with us and extremely helpful. Will definitely shop there again.
