Purchased a high end 3-piece couch for $7500 in October 20232. Delivered defective and was promised that repair will not happen until mid-February. 4 months after the fact!!! Very bad customer service! Stay away from this store. Even the battery pack worth $250 was defective - died after 3 charges and they wont deal with it. dont want to exchange or refund!!!
