They failed to honor their discount. When I called, the person who answered did not seem to understand and I asked for a manager/owner. The manager/owner called back several days later and acknowledged the discount would be applied.

I must say that I rarely do reviews, however, this business deserves it. My experience with them since the beginning has been great! The customer service team is amazing! Laverne put me at ease from the first visit and has been exceptional in accommodating my every request, no matter what it is or what it takes to get it done! Whether it’s rushing through an order of clothes, mending or the occasional stain. They even have a specialist who preserved an army uniform for us! This review is for Laverne. I am writing this because she is very knowledgeable, helpful, and super friendly. I have been a customer to this Trade Center Way location for a little over 2 years and she always has my cloths done perfectly. 10/10 review for Laverne and I hope her boss sees this!
