Honestly working with them has been a headache, the accountant side is a disaster. Having to hound them for paper work, call repeatedly to try and understand what they do send in, and having to constantly be on top of them is to exhausting. If you have the chance I recommend looking at other companies.

They failed to honor their discount. When I called, the person who answered did not seem to understand and I asked for a manager/owner. The manager/owner called back several days later and acknowledged the discount would be applied.
