Great locally owned and managed company. I've used Michelle and her great team for two different whole house projects and both went perfectly. They are a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Fashion Floors for getting the job done and getting it done right.

The flooring installed looks great and I am happy with it but I did not realize the damages that would come with it. My cabinets are scratched, the trim pieces for the cabinet were put back on crooked and have gaps, my walls were mutilated where they removed the moldings, and they broke a picture frame that was hanging up on the wall. It took quite a few canceled appointments to get them back out to fix a couple minor issues with the floors- which they eventually got here and fixed. We wanted to support local businesses and this one was a winner. We love the new flooring and quartz vanity top. Both installation crews were efficient, prompt and pleasant to have around. Thanks to Michelle for her attention and advice. We really love the new look in our master bath.

Nice and friendly staff, but lost money when they incorrectly told me that returned tile (full boxes) would have 20% restock fee. This was acceptable as I wanted to support a local business, even though I could have bought the exact same tile from Home Depot with no return fees. Well no good deed goes unpunished, they charged me a 40% fee instead of the 20% I was told. I contacted them about it, they said they would see what they could do and then ghosted me. So I can't recommend them until they correct this.

This was the best place I have ever gotten my Flores from and also the owner is hands down the most nicest and helpful person.
