We wanted to support local businesses and this one was a winner. We love the new flooring and quartz vanity top. Both installation crews were efficient, prompt and pleasant to have around. Thanks to Michelle for her attention and advice. We really love the new look in our master bath.
Nice and friendly staff, but lost money when they incorrectly told me that returned tile (full boxes) would have 20% restock fee. This was acceptable as I wanted to support a local business, even though I could have bought the exact same tile from Home Depot with no return fees. Well no good deed goes unpunished, they charged me a 40% fee instead of the 20% I was told. I contacted them about it, they said they would see what they could do and then ghosted me. So I can't recommend them until they correct this.
This was the best place I have ever gotten my Flores from and also the owner is hands down the most nicest and helpful person.
